Ron Masciantonio

Secretary, RLC - Senior Vice President, General Counsel & New Business Development

Ron is currently Senior Vice President, General Counsel & New Business Development of Five Below, Inc., one of the fastest growing value retailers on the planet, offering high-quality products loved by tweens, teens and more, with over 1,200 locations across the United States. 
 
Prior to joining Five Below in August 2018, Ron was with Destination Maternity Corporation, the world’s leading maternity apparel retailer, manufacturer, and wholesaler, serving in a variety of roles for nearly 12 years, including as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.  His prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel for Taylor Nelson Sofres, a market research company with global headquarters in London, England, and as an Associate at the law firm of Pepper Hamilton in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 
 
Ron also serves as a director of Nerd Street Gamers, a national network of esports facilities (Localhost) and events dedicated to powering competitive opportunities for gamers, a director of Five Below Foundation, and Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern Jersey.
 
Ron received his JD from Temple University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Holy Family University.
