Dr. Leslie Allen currently holds the position of Senior Director of Loss Prevention at Foot Locker, Inc. Prior to assuming this role, she served as a police officer in the United States Army, where she was deployed to various locations including Somalia, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Johnston Atoll. Following an honorable discharge, Dr. Allen found her calling in investigating inventory losses and helping companies navigate the complexities of the industry. Over the course of her career, she has also developed expertise in teaching, coaching, and training. As a distinguished speaker on leadership, Dr. Allen has used her platform to educate others on best practices in the field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, a Master's degree in Criminal Justice, and a Doctorate in Criminal Justice/Education from Saint Leo University.

Jennie Anderson is AutoZone's Vice President of Loss Prevention, Safety, and Security. She has been with the company since 1994 and has held numerous field operations roles, including Regional Manager, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Regional Human Resource Manager, District Manager, and Store Manager. Jennie has also held corporate positions in Store Operations at the Project Manager and Director Levels. She holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Law Enforcement and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA. Jennie serves on the Loss Prevention Magazine editorial board and is a board of directors' member for The Family Safety Center in Memphis, TN. 

Raul Aguilar joined Auror as Senior Director of Law Enforcement Partnerships in January 2024. Prior to joining Auror, Raul served as the Deputy Assistant Director for the Countering Transnational Organized Crime, Financial and Fraud Division for Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)-the principal investigative component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In his most recent role before retiring after 25 years of federal law enforcement service, he led programmatic oversight of HSI's strategic planning, national policy implementation, and the development and execution of operational initiatives for various programmatic areas targeting transnational criminal organizations involved in money laundering, financial fraud, labor exploitation, and related crimes enforced by HSI including the national response to organized retail crime Operation Boiling Point.

Gianna joined the Dollar Tree team in August 2023. Dollar Tree Inc is ranked 137 on the Fortune 500 list operating two iconic brands – Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. The company employs over 200,000 employees in 16,000+ stores, 25 Distribution Centers and 5 Canada Provinces. Gianna is responsible for the Asset Protection Investigations Program including asset protection functions for Supply Chain, Workplace Violence Prevention, Major Crimes, Internal Investigations, Organized Retail Crime, investigative technology & strategy, enterprise security operations center, and brand protection. 

Shane Bennett is a Principal in Theft, Fraud & Abuse on Target’s Cyber Defense team. He has worked at Target for 36 years with 29 years of that time in Assets Protection in several leadership roles in the field and at headquarters. Shane joined the Cyber Defense team in May of 2023, prior to that he was most recently the Director of Assets Protection Field Investigations at Target where he led the teams across the country focused on the resolution of Organized Retail Crime impacting Stores and Supply Chain for Target. In his current role he is focused on ORC Strategy and Partner engagement for the Theft, Fraud & Abuse teams in Cyber Defense. Shane is a board member of the California Organized Retail Crime Association, an active member of RILA’s Crimes Against Business Committee and a member of the RILA/NDAA Retail Crime Advisory Board.

Nicole Lawson is a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office (KCPAO). Nicole has been a practicing attorney since 2016. She served as KCPAO's dedicated Retail Crimes Prosecutor for nearly two years where she worked along side law enforcement, retailers, and other prosecutors to combat all types of retail crimes. 

As Kroger’s Corporate Security Director, Frank leads a team of seasoned investigators across the country charged with disrupting and dismantling complex Organized Retail Crime (ORC) networks. In addition to his ORC duties, Frank is responsible for building and implementing Kroger’s Threat Assessment & Management and Protective Intelligence/Executive Protection functions. Prior to joining Kroger, Frank spent time in a Global Security leadership role at Trane Technologies and worked in Protective Intelligence & Investigations at Wells Fargo. With more than 20 years of security experience, Frank began his public safety career by serving as a United States Marine. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Frank joined the Raleigh Police Department, where he held multiple roles over more than a decade of service – Gang Suppression, Drugs & Vice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) Task Force Officer, Field Operations leadership and Training Academy Commandant.
