2025 Registration Rates
Retail attendees have full access to general sessions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, refreshments, and all on-site activities.
Outside counsel wishing to participate are welcome to attend as part of our partner program. Learn more on how to participate.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
All refund requests must be in writing. Contact RILA at memberservices@rila.org to request a refund. Cancellation requests received will be subject to the following deadlines:
- Cancellation requests received by Friday, August 3, 2024, 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received between Saturday, August 4, and Friday, September 26, 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund, less a 50% administrative fee.
- After September 26, registrations will not be refunded but may be transferred to another employee of your company until the first day of the conference.
Company/Group pricing is only available to retailer and/or consumer product manufacturer member companies. No refunds will be provided for group packages (e.g., cancellations, reduction in attendees, unused seats are not eligible for a refund). Registrations in the group package may be transferred to other employees of the company until the first day of the conference.
No refunds are available for cancelled complimentary or paid Law Firm Partner registration tickets. To cancel, modify, or to make changes to your registration, contact your company's point of contact. If you have questions regarding your Law Firm's registration allotment, contact Holden Schachte.

Registration Eligibility
The Retail Law Conference is open to all in-house counsel from retailers and product manufacturers.Law Firms & Service Providers
Law firms and service providers are the companies that provide goods or services to the retail industry for use by the company, their stores, or their legal departments. Individuals from law firms and/or service supplier companies must contract in order to attend the conference. Contact tripp.taylor@rila.org for more information.
Registration Confirmations
All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via email. Attendees will receive information on how to access the digital conference platform before the event. This email will include instructions on how to access the platform, setup your networking profile, and troubleshooting any technical issues before the start of the event.
