Austin Gold
Director, Government Affairs
Austin Gold serves as Director of Government Affairs. In this role, he supports and advocates for RILA’s policy priorities related to workforce, immigration, healthcare, and technology before Congress and federal agencies.
Gold brings extensive experience in association advocacy to RILA. Prior to joining the team, he led lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, representing the attractions industry. Earlier in his career, Gold worked with the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute, as well as the Plastics Industry Association.
Gold holds a B.S. in criminology, law and society from George Mason University.
