Paul Sciubba

Vice President, Legal Affairs

Paul Sciubba serves as RILA’s Vice President of Legal Affairs. In this role, Sciubba is responsible for handling matters involving general legal counseling, antitrust review and compliance, staff legal training, reviewing and drafting contracts, intellectual property and corporate governance programs.

Sciubba joined RILA after more than 11 years with AutoZone, Inc, where he served as a Director in the legal department. At AutoZone, Sciubba was responsible for managing and overseeing litigation, labor and employment compliance and privacy compliance. Sciubba earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Siena College in Loudonville, NY, and a juris doctor from The Catholic University Columbus School of law in Washington, DC. Sciubba is admitted in practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Tennessee.
