In addition to the unique conversations and thoughtful discussions we strive to create at the CEO Forum, we’re also doing more this year to make it a relaxing getaway for your spouse or partner—so that you can enjoy downtime, group activities and social moments together.
We know the demands on your time make opportunities to relax and unwind together important. Whether it’s morning yoga, hiking, golf, or a relaxing trip to the spa, we want your spouse or partner to enjoy the opportunity to spend a few days with you and the retail “family” at RILA.
There is no additional charge to bring a spouse or partner with you, so don’t hesitate to book a trip for TWO and join us at the beautiful The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.

Keewaydin Island: Half-Day Adventure
Saturday, January 25
Enjoy the scenic adventure and breathtaking sights of Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico as they sail to the pristine Keewaydin Island aboard a luxurious catamaran. The journey begins with a comfortable shuttle from the Ritz Carlton to the marinas, where the catamarans depart at 12:30 PM for an hour-long cruise. Lunch will be served as guests enjoy the ride may encounter dolphins, vibrant bird species, and even manatees.
Upon arrival at Keewaydin Island around 1:30 PM, guests can enjoy an hour of curated beach activities, including shelling along the pristine white sands, exploring the island's natural beauty, or simply relaxing by the turquoise waters.

Relax and recharge in the RILA Cabana Connections! From Day 1, guests will be invited into a reserved cabana to network with fellow attendees, hydrate and refresh, or unwind in the sun. Additionally, guests are invited to enjoy in many amenities of the newly transformed Ritz-Carlton, Naples at their leisure.

Kick off the Retail CEO Forum at this casual opening reception, where you can meet and reunite with fellow Forum participants. Dress casually for a relaxed evening of fun and networking.
Guests will gather around TVs & lounges to watch the Conference Championships and mingle with guests.
Glass Blowing At the Ritz
Monday, January 27th
Join RILA for a glassblowing workshop is an immersive, hands-on experience where participants learn the art of shaping molten glass into beautiful, handcrafted objects. Guided by skilled artisans, attendees explore blowing, sculpting, and molding techniques while working with specialized tools and high-temperature furnaces. Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts, the workshop offers a creative environment to craft unique glass pieces, such as vases, ornaments, or decorative art, while gaining insight into this ancient and mesmerizing craft.
