CPSC Agenda and Priorities FY 2021 and FY 2022

Comments to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on its proposed agenda and budget priorities for Fiscal Years (FY) 2021 and 2022. Recommendations include: formalization and expansion of the Retail Reporting Program (RRP), enhancements to Trusted Trader program, prioritizing proposal of federal product safety standards where there is emerging state and local activity, and piloting a tiered recall system.
