Kyllan provides guidance to employers dealing with a variety of labor and employment matters, particularly those related to changes in the workforce arising from ever-evolving labor laws, generational changes, technological advances, and new and different methods of communication. She helps clients manage challenges arising from mergers and acquisitions, workforce reduction, startups, and other business restructuring matters. Kyllan is National Vice Chair of the firm’s Labor Management Relations practice group.
