RLC's Position:
The RLC urged the National Labor Relations Board to review and reconsider a two-shoe department bargaining unit approved by the Board because such a unit is inconsistent with the Board's authorizing statue and unworkable as a matter of policy.

Case Outcome: 
The Board concluded that the petitioned-for group was not appropriate, inasmuch as the petitioned-for unit lacked a community of interest.
