Upon registering for the event, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to RILA's designated hotel booking portal, where you can access our preferred rate.

RILA Rates
RILA's preferred rate is $271.00 plus tax and fees (resort fees are included as an attendee benefit). The rate is available until Friday, March 28 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. After this date, attendees are subject to publicly advertised room rates.

All Attendees
Plan to arrive at the hotel before 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 27, for the Welcome Reception (5:00 – 6:30 PM). For your return flight, we suggest scheduling your flight after 1:00 PM on Wednesday to allow ample travel time following the conference conclusion at 9:15 AM.

If you are attending the post-conference workshops, we recommend scheduling your flight after 3:00 PM to allow ample travel time following the workshops' conclusion at 11:30 AM.

Sunday Committee Meetings 
We recommend an early arrival on Sunday, April 27, to allow time to pick up your conference badge prior to your committee meeting. Your committee meeting start times are listed below.

Exhibitors
Exhibitor set-up hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, April 27. If you do not need to set up an exhibit space, please plan to arrive at the hotel before 4:00 PM on Sunday for the Welcome Reception (5:00 – 6:30 PM). We recommend scheduling your return flight on Wednesday, April 17, after 1:00 PM to allow ample travel time following the conference conclusion.
