- November 2021 Climate Check-In: RILA Policy &...
Since RILA released the public Retail Climate Priorities and a members-only policy whitepaper in April earlier this year, a lot has happened – but even more is still in flux. This session provides a high-level update on where things stand for retail impact policy areas first identified in the Priorities, followed by a federal reconciliation climate action policy update, thoughts on key upcoming climate regulatory priorities, and closing with announcements from RILA on recent and upcoming climate resources. Brook Detterman, Principal at Beveridge & Diamond and Austen Jensen, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at RILA guide the audience through these retail-relevant updates and issues to watch.
