Hosted Retailers & CPMs Program - FAQ
WHO CAN APPLY?
To qualify for the Hosted Retailers & CPMs Program, you must be responsible for buying or evaluating supply chain technology, solutions or services, and complete up to eight (8) 15-minute onsite meetings with participating sponsors (that’s up to 2 hours of meetings). The travel/hotel reimbursement is based on receipts submitted following the event.
WILL I BE SCHEDULED TO MEET WITH SOMEONE I DON’T WANT TO MEET WITH?
All meetings are double-opt-in, meaning both parties must indicate that they would like to meet for the meeting to be scheduled and take place.
HOW LONG IS ONE HOSTED MEETING?
Each meeting is 15 minutes long, the perfect amount of time to discover whether there is a greater opportunity to work together.
WHEN ARE THE MEETING TIMES FOR THE HOSTED MEETINGS? WILL I MISS ANY CONTENT SESSIONS?
You can find all the meeting times in the Terms and Conditions. There will be no content sessions at the same time as hosted meetings, so you won’t miss any content. All meetings will take place in a dedicated meetings area in the exhibit hall.
