Plan to arrive at the hotel before 4:00 PM EST on Sunday, February 16, for the LINK Welcome Reception (5:00 – 6:30 PM). We recommend scheduling your return flight after 1:00 PM to allow ample travel time following the conference conclusion at 10:15 AM.

We recommend an early arrival on Sunday, February 16, to allow time to pick up your conference badge prior to your committee meeting. Your committee meeting start times are listed below.
Retail Golfers
Plan your travel for arrival and hotel check-in on Saturday, February 15. Shuttle buses for the golf tournament depart at 7:00 AM the following morning on Sunday, February 17.
Post-Conference Women in Supply Chain Workshop Attendees
Plan your return flight after 3:00 PM to ensure you are able to attend the entire workshop and allow ample travel time following the workshop conclusion at 12:00 PM.
