With the goal of building community among professional women in retail supply chain at the LINK Supply Chain Conference, the Women in Supply Chain Network offers new and compelling ways to connect before, during, and after the conference. The Network’s activities and events are open to women retailers and solution providers, as well as their supporters.
The Network seeks to promote the advancement of women, throughout their careers, as leaders in retail supply chain; increase the visibility of women leaders in retail supply chain; and to support development of women as leaders in RILA’s supply chain community.

Post-Conference Women in Supply Chain Workshop: Developing Your Personal Leadership Commitments & Why It Matters
Join Amy Barnes, Founder and Chief Heart Officer, with ELEVEN-B Consulting for this interactive and hand-on post-conference workshop brought to you by RILA's Women in Supply Chain Network. Participants will explore the importance of personal leadership commitments, understand how these commitments can enhance team performance, and leave the workshop with their very own unique leadership documents. Come prepared to engage, connect, and participate! This complimentary workshop is limited to 50 participants. Pre-registration is required.
